Technology, quality and communication- the three very important parts in which the leader must invest a lot of time in. Every leader must be aware and have more than functional knowledge of the technology that is presently used in that industry. Especially in today’s world it is impossible to operate if one does not have the knowhow of the technology for that sector. Knowing the technology and knowing it well actually gives the leader an edge over the others. Followers also get impressed by this. Giving time to quality means, always and under every circumstances striving for quality.
